When would you consider visiting our Dizziness-and-Imbalance Clinic?
  • You experience longstanding dizziness and imbalance that does not improve with medical or conservative treatment.

  • You experience dizziness associated with positional changes like when turning over in bed.

  • If you have any of the following acute symptoms with your dizziness, please visit your General Practitioner or nearest Casualty Unit 

  • Acute dizziness or imbalance

  • Severe headache

  • Slurring speech

  • Acute dizziness

  • Drowsiness

  • Numbness or weakness in the face or extremities, especially if it’s on one side

  • Tremors or clumsiness

  • Vision problems, like difficulty seeing or double vision

  • Unequal pupil size

  • A drooping eyelid on one side

  • Inability to stand even if holding onto a stationary object

  • Sudden or severe vomiting without known cause

  • Sudden, severe headache or neck pain without known cause.
